01. The work
I’ve spent my career building the machinery behind ideas.
I began my career as a documentary filmmaker and ultimately, a producer. Everything that came with being a good producer became the foundation for everything that followed. Since then, I’ve helped build and scale creative businesses, production organizations and technology platforms — from StudioNow’s growth and $36.5 million acquisition by AOL, to leading content platforms at AOL, helping rebuild StudioNow as an independent company, and then leading Octerra as CEO.

03. What I Do
Building and leading organizations
I built and led a distributed production team across the U.S. and India, using a follow-the-sun model to increase capacity and responsiveness without sacrificing standards. I scaled a global network of 10,000+ vetted creative professionals and helped embed production capabilities inside Coca-Cola and McDonald’s.
Scaling complex operations
I’ve designed and led the systems behind complex creative production — from global talent and production networks to sourcing, bidding, governance and embedded operating models. The goal has always been the same: increase capacity, visibility and accountability without making the work slower or more bureaucratic.
Technology, AI and modern workflows
At Octerra, I’ve led the product direction for applying AI to complex production data, turning it into faster, smarter decisions. It’s a newer technology applied to the same problem I’ve been solving since StudioNow: how to use better systems to make ambitious work easier to produce at scale.
